We are a small windsurfing and kitesurfing resort just 4km west of Trujillo, Honduras, located at the Campamento Beach Resort. If you are looking for a windsurfing or kitesurfing adventure that is off the beaten track, but has comfortable accommodations in a beautiful setting, then Campamento is the place for you.
Consistent tradewinds from the east provide side - onshore bump and jump conditions in the 5.0 to 6.0 meter sail range (and largely 12 meter kite range) almost every afternoon from February through August. We have a good selection of new equipment — JP Australia boards and Neil Pryde sails, masts and booms. And the setting is spectacular — turquoise Caribbean water, 4000-foot mountains, white sand beaches, and beautiful palm trees and greenery.
